This role assists the Store Manager in supervising staff, merchandising standards, inventory, scheduling, and payroll tasks within a grocery setting. Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising associates, cash controls, and ensuring policy compliance, while driving KPIs and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of proven retail or supervisory experience.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and POS systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive KPIs.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on store duties.
• Passion for food, service, and the retail grocery environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
