Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery in Ellsworth, WI is seeking an energetic Assistant Retail & Food Manager to join our growing team. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience (retail or food service preferred).
• Deli, kitchen, or food service leadership experience required.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of retail fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading teams to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Location: Ellsworth, WI

Compensation: $52,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work in a food plant and retail environment
• Adhere to all food safety and workplace safety regulations
• Pass a drug & alcohol screen as well as a general background check
