Shoe Station is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Hickory, NC for a full-time role. You will act as a key holder, support the General Manager in driving sales, and lead a customer-first team to deliver outstanding service.

This position requires leadership, strong communication, and at least two years in retail or customer service, with 18+ and certification readiness within 60 days. Daily Pay is available as a benefit.

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Great customer service and a positive attitude
  • At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus
  • Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment use, applicants must be at least 18 years of age

  Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable bending, reaching, and working on your feet
