Job summary

Shoe Station in Florence, SC is seeking a dependable Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and support the team in a full-time role. You will act as a key holder and help drive a customer-first store environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising staff, training, merchandising, cash handling, and protecting assets while maintaining a positive, team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Great customer service and a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Age 18+ due to keyholder responsibilities.
