Job Description:
Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
- Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees, ensuring operational standards are upheld.
- Monitor cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages or inventory variations.
- Maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets.
- Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested.
- Manage cash procedures, including deposits and change orders.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
- Engage in promotional initiatives and promote guest service.
- Perform duties as per company policies and any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication, reading, writing, and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
