Responsibilities

At The Vitamin Shoppe, you will…

  • Support the Store Manager in executing store operations with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, supporting others to do the same.
  • Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Foster external community relationships to help grow sales.
  • Lead with integrity and accountability.
  • Support continuous education and participate in company training initiatives.
  • Maintain store appearance, follow loss prevention standards, process receipts, keep shelves stocked, and ensure products are correctly priced.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule availability (holidays, weekends, locations).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience.
  • Retail management experience preferred.
