AT&T in Gillette, WY seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, oversee merchandising, and coach a team of sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.

You will partner with the store manager, drive outstanding customer experiences, participate in trainings, and engage in off-site events, while benefiting from competitive pay, commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. We offer best in class paid training that will set you up for leadership success and coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Key Qualifications

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Salary & Compensation

Your role offers a competitive salary and additional commissions. Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 plus commission $18,000. The salary range is $47,500.00 - $71,300.00.
