AT&T in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and optimize efficiency. You will help lead a team, oversee merchandising, product launches, and initiatives to meet sales goals, while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with our services and devices.

About the Role

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best‑in‑class services, entertainment and technology. In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Compensation and Benefits

Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary between $57,000 - $85,600 + 18,000 commission with a total target compensation of $75,000 – $103,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
