AT&T Eureka, MO seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, help with merchandising and promotions, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience across our mobility products and services.

Job description

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary between $47,500 - $71,300 + 18,000 commission with a total target compensation of $65,500 – $89,300. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
