Job summary

AT&T in Depew, NY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and drive sales. You will partner with a store manager, mentor a team, and ensure customers receive best-in-class service.

You will lead merchandising efforts, coordinate product launches, and participate in off-site events. The role includes paid training and opportunities to advance within a nationwide leader in communications.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Job description

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300 + $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
