Job Description

Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House retail experience. They lead in customer service, visual presentation, receiving and inventory management, payroll, and operational expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members, including Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates, providing daily direction and follow-up. This role involves overseeing daily projects, interacting with guests, and managing team productivity. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, sports fans, and aspiring future managers.

Responsibilities
