AT&T in Fairview Heights, IL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing sales team. You will partner with the store manager to execute merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or customer service, prior management experience, and strong planning and analytics.

You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won't be in this alone. Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500-$71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
