AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead store operations in Jefferson City, MO. You will partner with the store manager to coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective merchandising and promotions.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and collaboration with stakeholders, with paid training to support career growth and leadership development.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,800 - $64,200 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
