AT&T in Aurora, IL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of retail consultants. You’ll partner with the store manager to execute merchandising, product launches, and customer experience initiatives to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.

Our Assistant Store Manager's earn between$53,200-$79,800 + $18,000

in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $53,200.00 - $79,800.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
