About The Team

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the ASM, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports the Store Manager and is instrumental in our store's success. Spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Complete an assessment emailed upon application submission.

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Surpass KPIs, set new records, and achieve success.
• Create memorable shopping experiences with excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to meet KPI goals.
• Engage authentically with customers to foster lasting relationships.
• Recruit and bring talented individuals into Pandora.
• Maintain merchandising and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Business acumen with analytical skills to deliver results.
• Excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age of 18 years with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
