Job summary

AT&T in Sikeston, MO seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily retail operations. You will drive merchandising, product launches and sales objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of sales consultants, lead outreach events, and participate in paid training designed to develop leadership capabilities and exceed performance goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,800 - $64,200 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
