Job summary

7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager for a Franchisee oversees all aspects of the franchisee's store, coaching and training employees, and making sound operational decisions to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will ensure adequate staffing, recruit and develop staff, maintain clean and stocked merchandising, build strong vendor relations, promote the brand in your community, maximize sales and profits, and manage inventory controls under the franchisee's direction.

As a 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager for a Franchisee you will have the opportunity to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for your franchisee's guests. From coaching and training your franchisee's employees, to making sound operational business decisions, the 7-Eleven Assistant Store Manager will oversee all aspects of their franchisee's individual store as determined by the franchisee.
