Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Store Manager with daily operational tasks, including cash management and inventory control.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs and inquiries.
3. Supervise and train store staff while managing their schedules and performance.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring an inviting environment for customers.
5. Handle daily financial reports and assist in monitoring sales performance.
6. Support the Store Manager in implementing promotional strategies to drive sales.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a managerial role.
