You are an independent professional, with a high level of responsibility and natural problem-solving skills. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets, maintaining best practices, and identifying areas for improvement in store operations to provide an excellent experience for customers and team members.

What you will do:

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team to meet company goals and improve individual objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a high-standard team
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure all employees present professionally according to company policies and deliver high levels of customer service to maximize sales and create personalized experiences
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Work with support departments to utilize company resources effectively
• Coordinate with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development plans for the store team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
