Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Store Manager in Dallas to lead a high-performing team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to uphold standards and cover leadership in their absence, driving sales and service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and coach design consultants while maintaining store operations and reporting.

This individual drives an exceptional guest experience. This individual is committed to operational excellence and assists in maintaining all operational standards. This individual partners with the Store Manager regarding all functions and performs the role of Store Manager in his/her absence.

COMPENSATION

• $65,000 (minimum hourly base) - $100,000 annual
• Includes minimum hourly base and (if achieved) Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Bonuses
• Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location
