Job summary

Arhaus in Denver, CO seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining operational standards. You will partner with leadership to drive sales and lead the team of design consultants in their daily activities.

The role requires strong leadership, guest relations, and coaching abilities, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

The Assistant Store Manager provides support to all aspects of the Store Manager position. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience. This individual is committed to operational excellence and assists in maintaining all operational standards. This individual partners with the Store Manager regarding all functions and performs the role of Store Manager in his/her absence. COMPENSATION

• $50,000 (minimum hourly base) - $100,000 annual
• Hourly/Non-Exempt
• Includes minimum hourly base and (if achieved) Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Bonuses
• Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location
