Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to maintain the highest visual standards in our showroom. This role supports the Visual Manager and helps create inviting displays that showcase our furniture and décor.

You will handle weekly store transfers, work with management to ensure inventory levels, and grow merchandising skills while representing the Arhaus brand. The ideal candidate has a college degree or relevant experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set design,

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and move furniture independently.
• Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Must feel comfortable using a ladder for hanging art and chandeliers, placing furniture, and other projects as needed.
• Must be willing to travel as needed including store openings.
• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed.
• College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).

In this exciting yet challenging Assistant Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products. This is an assistant role, supporting the Visual Manager in the showroom. This role will allow you to grow your merchandising skills and gain experience with the Arhaus brand.

In addition to creating the experience, which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels
