About The Position

Are you passionate about food and committed to excellent guest experiences? As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the store, demonstrating hospitality for guests and team members, helping to strengthen engagement, maximize productivity, and drive business results.

The pay range is $23.38 - $35.07 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Lead with exemplary hospitality, educating guests and team members on products and services
• Create and manage team schedules aligned with shopping hours
• Analyze sales and other reports to inform business decisions
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
• Support training and development of team members
• Coach team members to optimize operations and retention
• Manage store inventories and minimize product loss
• Ensure adherence to standards and policies
• Manage social media presence following company standards
• Enhance teamwork and engagement
• Ensure safety and food safety compliance

Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5-7 years retail experience, including leadership
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to interpret planograms and policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in perishable, hospitality, or grocery retail
• Production planning software experience
• Experience with applicant tracking software (iCIMS preferred)

Physical and Work Conditions

• Repetitive movements, lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to extreme temperatures
• Use of tools and equipment such as knives, ladders, pallet jacks
• Long periods on feet, wearing protective gear
