Compensation Pay Range
$15.00 - $20.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses or premiums, which vary by circumstances such as schedule, season, or specific tasks.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence or shift overlaps, leading team members in servicing customers.

Essential Job Functions

1. Lead the team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
2. Supervise customer service levels and ensure team members execute service programs effectively.
3. Assist in staffing during peak hours and in setting team goals, coaching, and training.
4. Participate in hiring processes, including interviewing and candidate evaluation.
5. Ensure proper handling of all transactions, returns, and merchandise processing.
6. Communicate company messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
7. Ensure compliance with policies, including scheduling, clocking in/out, and store security duties.
8. Perform opening/closing duties, including financial procedures and store security checks.
9. Assist in maintaining store facilities and equipment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities

Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification

Desired: Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification, multilingual fluency (Spanish preferred)
