The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing P&L and achieving financial targets across multiple health and wellness locations.
• Basic understanding of employment law, policies, processes, and programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on days, nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
• Background in hospitality and client service.
• College degree preferred.

As Assistant Store Manager, you partner with the Store Manager to lead your team and drive shop profitability. You teach and deliver excellent service to both employees and clients, maintain an organized and positive workplace, and empower your team to provide an exceptional Heyday experience.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and develop 20+ team members, fostering a culture of ownership and results.
• Provide high-level service and hospitality to all clients.
• Oversee daily operations and tasks.
• Build relationships with employees and clients.
• Drive revenue through scheduling and shop utilization.
• Assist in developing business plans to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing on client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Manage the shop’s P&L to increase revenue and control expenses.
