The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store committed to the health and wellness, and quality of life improvement of our clients by selling Arch Support systems and specialty products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. At Feet First Partners, our Assistant Store Managers are also fully trained Certified Arch Support Specialists (2-week Paid Training and Certification provided). Our Assistant Store Managers play an impactful role in assessing client needs, educating on the benefits of proper arch support, recommending suitable products, and leading a team to do the same.

Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years of experience in sales and generating new business.
  • At least 1+ years in a supervisory role within a customer-facing business.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
