As an Assistant Store Manager at Claires, you will support your Store Manager with the following:

About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year retail management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze sales reports and problem solve strategically
- Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver weights up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, including bending, reaching, and climbing
- Ability to operate POS systems
