Reports to: Retail Store Manager

Position Code: 1107

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with our products and services. We provide best-in-class paid training to set you up for leadership success, including coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute store manager’s duties when the store manager isn’t present.
• Help drive a positive sales culture in the store.
• Be a top sales producer with Mobility, Internet, TV, and related products and services.
• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Execute the daily sales program.
• Fill downtime with prospecting activities.
• Attend sales-related rally calls and meetings.
• Accelerate your paycheck with cold calling and outside sales activities.
• Assist the Store Manager with operational duties.
• Be an outgoing, energetic person with high values and work ethic.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work retail shifts and hours.
