SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1228 in Hot Springs, AR. The role involves leasing storage units, managing a team, and handling day-to-day operations with a focus on excellent customer service.

The position offers a daytime schedule (Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm, Sat 8:00am–2:00pm) and a starting pay of $13.50–$15.00 per hour plus bonus. Applicants should be ready to contribute to maintenance, tenant relations, and sales of storage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units
• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Maintain general curb appeal
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1228 - Hot Springs, AR) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm; Sat 8:00am - 2:00pm;

Starting at $13.50-15.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:
