General Summary:

As a Family Dollar Assistant Store Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist the Store Manager in daily store operations. Responsibilities include maintaining inventories, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store.
• Supervise and train Store Associates.
• Assist in unloading merchandise and organizing stock.
• Help with ordering merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Act in managerial capacity in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
