Compensation Pay Range

$11.00 - $17.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance premiums, which may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak business hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring team members stay current on their individual training.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to ensure the selection of qualified team members.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered according to company policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub, store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, and contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Utilize the electronic outside purchase order ledger to ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issue refunds accurately, and stage returned merchandise correctly.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies, adhere to posted work schedules, obtain approval for changes, and clock in/out properly.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, verifying deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.
• Assist the store manager in maintaining the store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, in‑store service equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
