Role Description

As Assistant Manager, you will be a pillar of leadership and a trusted partner to the store manager. You will play a key role in delivering the elevated Louis G. experience — balancing daily operations with sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring the brand is represented with elegance, energy, and emotional intelligence.

  • Experience in managing a retail store
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, team management, and clienteling

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, cultivating deep customer relationships and upholding luxury service standards
  • Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising
  • Act as a brand ambassador during events and after-hours activations
  • Train and mentor associates in line with the Louis G. Retail Excellence Handbook
  • Step into the Store Manager role as needed when they are absent

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of retail management or senior sales experience in luxury or boutique environments

• Strong leadership presence with emotional intelligence and a client-first mentality

• Proven ability to motivate a team while holding them accountable to excellence

• A natural storyteller who connects with clients on a personal and emotional level

• Passion for jewelry, design, fashion, or lifestyle branding is a must

• Ability to multitask, work flexible hours (including weekends), and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

• A background in custom or fine jewelry is a major plus
