Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising in Charlottesville, VA. You will lead visual merchandising initiatives, support the Store Leader, and drive guest service, sales goals, and store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will mentor associates, manage floor sets, and ensure loss prevention while maintaining an engaging store atmosphere and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Physical ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Direct and support store leader to achieve guest service and sales goals
• Plan and maintain floor sets, displays, and window installations
• Oversee merchandising presentation and store atmosphere
• Coach and develop associates, manage training and feedback
• Ensure loss prevention and safety procedures are followed
• Collaborate with executive team and district leadership
• Manage staffing and delegation to meet store objectives
• Handle opening/closing procedures and seasonal decor placement
• Communicate product performance and feedback to leaders
