Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda store, oversee hiring and directing of associates, and drive exceptional guest experiences. The role includes a 3+ week leadership training program and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA considerations: accommodation options available during application/hiring.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and work quickly with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship to team members to ensure smooth store performance.
