Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in the United States to join a leadership team and help run daily store operations. You will train staff, mentor team members, and drive excellent customer service while managing merchandising programs and promotions.

You will oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and ensure a clean, safe store environment, with a focus on coaching employees and promoting from within when possible.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders; foster retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following health/sanitation procedures.
