Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused environment.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; leverage client books and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; coach to performance and KPIs.
• Oversee store operations, schedules, payroll budgets, and compliance.
