South Moon Under is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in delivering exceptional customer service and curated fashion experiences. You will guide the team to meet brand standards, drive sales, and foster long-lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires leadership, adaptability to changing conditions, and a focus on creating a positive in-store environment that motivates staff and delights shoppers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in management-level position in a specialty retail environment.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience leading a team.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver best-in-class service and meet/exceed customer needs.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to manage retail operations and performance metrics.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, and performance management activities.
• Ensure visual and store standards align with brand aesthetics and policies.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
