Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape store culture. In this role you will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and engage both customers and associates to deliver outstanding service.

You will assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and coaching, use technology to enable omnichannel shopping, and drive operational excellence. A hospitality mindset and at least 1 year of retail management help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset in customer and associate interactions.
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
