Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, seeks an Assistant Store Leader in Michigan to partner with the Store Leader. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining safe, compliant, and customer-focused environments.

The role requires 3+ years in retail leadership, scheduling flexibility, and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership or management.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ associates.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through exceptional customer service and team execution.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, receipts, and dispositions.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and compliance with safety and company policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; provide performance feedback and development plans.
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards for ATF compliance and store operations.
