Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in customer service leadership, training, and coaching, working alongside the Store Leader.
• Ability to maintain high staff retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required if no diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
