Retail Assistant Manager

What you bring:
  • Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and promoting productivity.
  • Ability to support merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Competence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; experience in retail management for at least one year is acceptable.
  • Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Salary range: $19.25 - $27.81 per hour.

Range figures are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. Compensation is only considered wages once earned and vested. Benefits and bonuses are at the company's discretion and subject to change.
