What You Bring

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Strength in maintaining high retention, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance.
• The ability to perform multiple tasks, including bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
