What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching, working alongside the Store Leader.
• Ability to maintain high employee retention through leadership development and employee empowerment.
• Experience in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
