QuickChek Corp. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Mount Arlington, NJ to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, drive store performance, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards.

The right candidate will have 2+ years of retail or food service management, strong communication, and a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts. This role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and on-the-job training.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Strong customer-first mindset supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
• Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn, complete training, and consistently align with company values.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.
• 2+ years of food service or retail management experience required.
