Quick Quack Car Wash in Magna, UT is seeking a Store Leader to drive guest experience and store performance. You will supervise Team Members, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow and provide direction to Team Members.
• Assist with employment actions including discipline and termination per policy.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforce sales pitches with the Team and maintain POS cash accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
