Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking a store leader to drive memberships, supervise Team Members, and uphold customer service excellence. You will hire, train, and coach staff, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure adherence to company standards in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.
• Outdoor loud environment due to car wash equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Coordinates day-to-day workflow and provides direction to team.
• Supports employment actions including discipline and termination.
• Monitors performance and identifies opportunities to boost productivity.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforces proper use of sales pitches with the team.
• Maintains proper cash accountability at POS registers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Drive memberships by maximizing car volume and guest loyalty.
• Analyze daily trends to support store financial success.

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
