Responsibilities

• Actively support the Store Director in fulfilling responsibilities.
• Manage store personnel when the Store Director is absent.
• Help oversee training and development of employees across the store.
• Foster teamwork, customer service, and high performance on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and handle complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor shelf pricing, ads, and display pricing for accuracy.
• Enforce safety standards from Loss Prevention and Risk Management.
• Oversee sanitation, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.
• Plan weekly schedules based on projected sales and workload.
• Assist in merchandise planning and display planning.
