Job summary

Chick-fil-A Kahului is seeking an Assistant Store Director to lead both Front and Back of House, coaching team members and supporting Senior Leaders and the Owner to deliver crave-able food with speed and care.

You will manage shifts, uphold Chick-fil-A Quality standards, supervise daily operations, and foster a positive, fast-paced environment that emphasizes guest care, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven commitment to excellence and genuine care for others.
• Availability Monday-Saturday for full-time (40+ hours/week).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with team members and guests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong background in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front and Back of House operations and coach the team.
• Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked restaurant environment.
• Coach Leaders and Team Members to meet Chick-fil-A Quality standards.
• Set a positive tone with guests and team through effective communication.
