Job summary

Envirotest, the operating subsidiary of Opus Inspection, is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the Maryland VEIP at the Owings Mills facility.

Schedule: Flex Hours Monday-Saturday, 40 hours per week, daytime. Compensation is $19.00 per hour with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. This leased position is through Carmel Staffing, LLC, and duties include assisting the Station Manager and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management is desirable.
• Ability to handle cash and scheduling in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the inspection station to meet technical and financial objectives.
• Share accountability for station operations including troubleshooting and scheduling meals.
• Act as station manager in their absence.
• Maintain good public relations with customers, employees, and the community.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Ensure safety and protection for customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Manager or District Manager.
