Zusammenfassung

The Minnesota Orchestra in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Assistant Stage Manager to support stage management, equipment setup and live event logistics for concerts and venue productions.

This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Director of Artistic Operations and requires joining IATSE, Local 13 as a condition of employment. The hourly rate is $39.29 and benefits are per the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of comparable experience preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of general event logistics.
• Familiarity with concert, conference/convention, and/or entertainment environments.

Aufgaben

• Fill roles as assigned for load-ins, load-outs, stage setups, warehousing, and production logistics.
• Support Technical Director and crew with operating and maintaining equipment and appropriate use of rented or vendor equipment.
• Attend in-person and hybrid meetings as scheduled.
• Coordinate with Orchestra Operations, Artistic Planning, and Digital Media for onstage activities and advance preparation.
• Support the stage crew in executing production-intensive programming and events.
• Other duties as assigned.
